Terms of Use

Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Ora – Migraine tracker for iPhone

The agreement

Ora is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. That agreement is between you and Unicorn Group LLC, and it covers your use of Ora, including warranty, liability and governing law.

This page explains the points that are specific to Ora. If anything here differs from Apple’s agreement, Apple’s agreement applies.

Read Apple’s Standard EULA

1. Ora is a diary, not a doctor

Ora doesn’t replace a doctor. Check with one before making medical decisions.

Ora doesn’t measure anything. Every value in it is entered by you. Ora isn’t a regulated medical device and doesn’t give medical advice. The character, calendar and pain map show only what you recorded.

If you think you may be having a medical emergency, call your local emergency number right away.

2. “When to Get Help Now” and sources

The “When to Get Help Now” list in Ora is based on public information from the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NIH) and the American Migraine Foundation, with links to the sources in the app. It doesn’t cover every situation.

Ora isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by these organizations.

3. Ora Plus subscription

Ora Plus adds the pain map for the last 3 months and the last 12 months and the year view of the calendar. Logging attacks, the month calendar, the 30-day pain map and export stay free.

  • Ora Plus is an auto-renewable subscription. The price and period are shown in the app before you buy.
  • Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
  • The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for the renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
  • Manage or cancel it in Ora under Profile › Manage subscription, or in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.
  • Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

4. Your records

Your records belong to you and stay on your iPhone. We have no copy, so we can’t restore them if your iPhone is lost or Ora is deleted. Export your data from Profile whenever you want a copy. How we handle the little data that does leave your iPhone is in the Privacy Policy.

5. Warranty and liability

Ora is provided as described in Apple’s Standard EULA, including its sections on warranty, limitation of liability and governing law.

6. Changes

If these terms change, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
