Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 22, 2026 · Ora – Migraine tracker for iPhone

The short version

  • Your records stay on this iPhone. Ora has no account and no server.
  • We can’t see your attacks, symptoms, medications or answers.
  • No analytics, no crash reporting, no ads, no tracking.
  • The only service Ora talks to is Superwall, for the Ora Plus subscription. It gets a few technical details, never your health records.

1. Who we are

Ora is made by Unicorn Group LLC, 5830 E 2nd St, Casper, WY 82609-4308, USA. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Unicorn Group LLC. For anything about your privacy, write to team@ora-migraine.app.

2. What stays on your iPhone

Everything you enter in Ora is stored in a database inside the app on your iPhone:

  • when an attack started and ended, and any pauses;
  • where it hurt and how strong it was;
  • how it felt, the aura and other symptoms;
  • medications and remedies you took or tried;
  • your answers during setup, such as how often attacks come and your usual spots;
  • your reminder settings.

There is no Ora account, no Ora server and no iCloud sync. Ora doesn’t read from or write to Apple Health. We can’t see these records, and we can’t recover them for you.

Reminders are local notifications scheduled on your iPhone. Nothing is sent to a server to deliver them.

3. What leaves your iPhone

Superwall, for Ora Plus

We use Superwall to show the Ora Plus paywall and to handle the subscription through Apple’s App Store. The Superwall software in Ora sends Superwall the following. It doesn’t receive your attack records, your setup answers or any other health information.

“App functionality” means showing the right paywall, unlocking Ora Plus and restoring purchases. “Analytics” means understanding how the paywall works, never building an advertising profile. Superwall (Nest 22, Inc.) processes this data under its own Privacy Policy. This data may be processed in countries other than yours, including the United States, where Unicorn Group LLC is based.

Apple

Payments for Ora Plus are made through your Apple Account. We never see your card details. Apple handles them under the Apple Privacy Policy.

Websites you open

The “When to Get Help Now” card and the Sources list link to the National Institute of Neurological Disorders and Stroke (NIH) and the American Migraine Foundation. If you open a link, that website loads in a browser inside Ora, and its own privacy policy applies.

Files you export

When you export your data as JSON or CSV, you choose where the files go. After that, they are in your hands.

This website

This website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or tracking. Like any website, our hosting provider processes your IP address to deliver the pages.

4. What we don’t do

  • We don’t sell or share your data with advertisers or data brokers.
  • We don’t track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Ora doesn’t ask for tracking permission and doesn’t use the advertising identifier.
  • We don’t use analytics or crash-reporting services.
  • We don’t show ads.

5. How long data is kept

Records in Ora stay on your iPhone until you delete them or delete the app. Superwall keeps the data in section 3 as described in its Privacy Policy. If you ask us to delete it, we’ll have it erased within 30 days.

6. Your choices and rights

  • Export. In Profile, tap Export all data to get every record as JSON and CSV.
  • Delete. Deleting Ora removes its records from your iPhone. To delete the data Superwall holds, write to us and we’ll ask Superwall to erase it.
  • Reminders. Turn them off in Profile or in iPhone Settings.

Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or move your personal data, and to object to or limit how it is used. To use these rights, write to team@ora-migraine.app. We respond within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.

7. Children

Ora isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal data. If you believe a child under 13 has used Ora with Ora Plus, write to us and we’ll have the data in section 3 erased.

8. Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll post the new version here and update the date at the top.
